No Add ons to be found

Hi I posted this on the theme support, but I haven't received any assistance so I thought this might help. Okay, so when I updated the new version of a theme, the add ons did not install. I tried to create a new project and re-install the theme, but nothing seems to be working. Any ideas? I'm very new to Concrete5 so it is likely to be user error. :) oh and these are the addons that are supposed to be attached to the theme
