i bought the theme URBAN and completed the transaction, it asked who the licence should be assigned to and i put in the correct area. Then nothing happened ! the project page shows urban listed , the licence page shows the correct assignment but there is nothing anywhere showing a download ready to be installed. If automatic download failed i still cannot manually upload it since i do not have the files!!!! Very fed up Harry Hall

If you go to the site associated with the project you assigned the licence to, you should see it at the bottom of the dashboard 'Install' page, beneath the packages already installed (best solution because your site then gets updates).

Alternatively, in your licences on concrete5.org, you can dissociate the licence from it will then be directly downloadable (not the best solution because you won't then get updates)

This page may help

(Or it may confuse further :) )

Hi John there is nothing on the dashboard "install" page says nothing to
install and i don't know how to dissociate the licence. Strangely for
reasons i don't understand the project page shows two identical sites both

A list of your assigned licences can be found at
http://www.concrete5.org/profile/orders/...

You often end up with multiple site names associated with a licence, especially if you have worked through an offline development and a staging site, so no need to worry there.

Lets try a different way. From your site dashboard, search & select 'connect' to connect to the community. This will confirm you are connected (and give a chance to connect if not).

Then click to visit your project page.

Then look for the addon in the drop down menu at the bottom of the project page and associate.

Then on your site try the dashboard install again.

If you go to the page:
http://www.concrete5.org/profile/orders/...
Is the addon listed there? Either as associated with a project or not, so simply confirming that you have the addon within your concrete5.org account?

Could you have inadvertently created more than one concrete5.org account and associated the licence with the wrong one?
