NO THEME WORKS!

I have a site setup that every time we try a THEME none of the themes we have tried work. Is there something we need to do to make them work or do you have to spend money to have your site work. I thought C5 was open source and this was so be easy, as of now, not very happy. Someone please help us.

Yes it was working, we added the theme we wanted to the cart. We then went to design and chose that theme, applied it and nothing worked except the background changed. No buttons, nothing was able to be edited and everything we clicked on to edit that said was editable wasn't.

Well I visited your website and at the moment, only the default basic theme is applied.
So Either you think you applied the theme but something went wrong or you decided to revert to the default theme in which case I can't really check anything.
So could you apply the theme you said doesn't work and then let me know so I can have a look at what's going on?

mnakalay I will apply the theme. The problem is no nav links or anyway to edit anything except add the photo. I am very new to this your help is appreciated./
Hi , you currently have the default theme installed. Have you tried Dashboard>Themes>Activate from the list on the theme you want to install ?
Yes and as you can see there are NO nav links r anything there either. Do we need to change a setting?
ok so I applied the theme and there is NOTHING THERE NOW :-(
I can still see your site and the theme is now called harvest. You cant see the wording on the left as its the same color as the background. You can create a new nav link using the Auto Nav add on in the Header Nav area.
Nothing can be clicked when we go to edit mode.

Responsive is right, you're theme is applied. The menu doesn't seem to have been added though
You really don't need to spend anything to make C5 work.
A few questions:
- was the default theme working when you first tried it?
- How exactly did you install the themes you tried?
