Problem with a block appearing on all web browsers, but not appearing in concrete5 theme

Can someone help me?

We purchased the stride theme in January 2016 for our web-sitehttp://www.posturegroup.co.uk.
We are now updating some of the content.
I added a medium box to one of the top bars and then removed it, but the heading bar still appears on all internet browsers at the top of the page. The bar does not appear in the concrete5 administration area, but only in browsers when you go straight to the site domain.

I am running the Stride 5.7 Theme purchased in January 2016.
We are running concrete5 version 5.7.5.3.

I haver attached an image of what is happening. The box below the heading Privacy Policy / GDPR Compliance needs to be removed, but we cannot remove it.

We have cleared the cache and it does not solve the issue.
Would upgrading concrete5 to the latest version and the theme fix this issue?

Please let me know how to fix this issue?

Many thanks.

Rodney

Try going to Dashboard -> Stacks & Blocks and see if the Global Area that you edited is Approved.
