Problems with adding a new theme

Hello everyone,
When I want to add a new theme to my website it keeps the old data from a previous theme/template that has been installed before. Even when I disable the cache and refreshed my cache multiple times, old information/data is still shown on the webpage.
Anyone that could help me out? Thanks in advance.

Sorry I am a very new user when it comes to concrete5. Is there a way I can wipe the content?
The only way I know to wipe the content would be to reinstall the site or use the CLI reset command -https://documentation.concrete5.org/developers/appendix/cli-commands...
But that will essentially reset everything on the site, content, files, page types, page templates, etc. It will be a brand new install again.

Are you trying to reset the site? Or install default content? Not every theme comes with default content.
