How do I remove the concrete on free themes on the front page.

There is no place to edit it.

Thank you Mike

Hi Mike,
You can edit that code in the footer.php file found in the Elements folder.
*note* to make it permanent, look up best practices for modifying themes, in the Documentation area, by copying them to the upper theme folder. If you don't, your code edits will get overwritten when you do upgrades in the future.

Thank you, but this is in the default free theme. Example... shows a photo but has the word concrete on the photo. Cant seem to find the place to remove the photo or change it .

Thank you for your fast response. When I hover my mouse over the word it shows my url..
Is this the header logo? If so how would I change it?

Thank you Mike

No problem Mike.
Editing that information is not as much Editing the Website as it is Modifying/Customizing the Theme. That means it is unlikely you can change it from the website but would go to your hosting providers file manager and change it there right in the installation. Images and names in the Header area are often made to be edited within the site but the default themes footers are not.

From your host providers File Manager, you can go to your Concrete5 file installation and open the folder Concrete > then Themes > then the theme you're using ie Default > Then Elements, to see the footer.php file. There you'll see the file that you would need to edit.

Mike,
I may have misunderstood which instance of "Concrete5" you wanted to remove. If it is in the header area of your site, please watch the screencast athttp://blog.arvixe.com/changing-your-concrete5-site-name-and-logo/...
I did this demo using the default theme so hopefully it will be helpful
