Theme not recognized by Safari

I've created a responsive theme based on the Twitter bootstrap-responsive.min.css file. I installed and activated it on this site:http://www.umpquatransit.com/concrete/.... It works fine in Firefox, Chrome, and IE. Also works fine on Android, but when viewed in Mobile Safari, the site is still using the original greek_yogurt theme. I've tried clearing the cache, but it still shows the greek_yogurt theme. Any ideas?

Update: None of the other themes are recognized by Safari mobile. It is completely stuck on greek yogurt regardless of which theme I change to or how many times I clear the cache or reset Safari.

Have you tried clearing the Safari browser cache?

Yes, I cleared the cache but it did not help. I also cleared the C5 cache. Nothing seems to work. I don't understand how it can still be using the old theme.
