Theme associated on project page not visible in site itself

I have bought a theme. The theme licences are visible on the project page, and can be associated with the project. The project page is linked to the site (it says it is, at least).

Within the site, the new theme is not visible on the Themes page or the Add Functionality page. I have restarted the process several times: makes no difference.

What can be causing this? And how do I make it work?

I'd start with either the Firefox Web Developer add-on or the Chrome developer tools and inspect the actual Network traffic. It should tell you if something is blocking parts of the request, or possibly some Javascript errors.

If that doesn't work, probably best to PM Franz and maybe they can see something on their side.

Of course you could always un-assign the theme from the project, download the .zip file and install it manually by extracting it to your /packages/ directory (not /concrete/packages/) if you are using 5.6+ - or /application/packages/ if you are using 5.7

You can then re-assign it back to the project.

Hope that helps,

John
