Theme conflict

Hello , i'm making a website with concrete 5.7, and I'm using an html5up.net template.

I think there is a conflict between my Theme and concrete because when i want add a form i can't see the text areas names or the ckeck box that's transfering mail to an mail adresss. Is there a css conflict ?
The text is actually white so if i select it i can see it.
I don't know if it's clear so the screenshot will explain by itself.
I dont speak english well so I hope I expressed myself well.

Your css is not properly namespaced. It is interacting with the dialogs. Did you convert the theme yourself?

Yes I convert it by myself but it's only the second one.
