Theme not published on site

Concrete5 newbie here so be nice ...

I have one page on my site and I started with the plain yogurt theme. I wanted something more colorful, so I connected to the community and downloaded and installed a theme (Grunge).

I edited the page to fit the theme and hold all my content in a smooth format then published the page, but I still see the "yogurt" theme ... I tried again - and again - refreshed the page - shut down C5 and then logged back in and tried again - opened the home page in different browsers and on different cpu ... I still see only the yogurt them.

Finally I changed some content on the page and not just the them to see if that updated and YES - it did, but I still see only the yogurt them.

WHAT IS GOING ON?!? I'm at a total lost and getting SUPER frustrated! I want to figure this out before I add all the other pages.

You have to activate the theme in Dashboard (just click "activate" next to your theme name) - this will take effect on whole site, or go to design menu in one page to change theme only for this page.

The "Activate" button has been clicked through the Dashboard ... I had previously checked that.

Any other ideas? ... Again this is the only page on the site right now and I am the only user so I know I have all the admin privileges.

I had given up and logged out, again. After your post, I logged back in to verify that the "activate" button was clicked and noticed this time that the "grunge" them was not visible from my log in side ... up until now it had been. So I clicked edit, design, theme, and selected my theme again and then hit publish ... now it's there!

I don't know how or why, but this time it worked?!?!
