Theme not showing in "Pages & Themes " " Themes " " Currently Installed"

I moved my hosting service and am starting my web site over, I did a fresh install of Concrete5 8.2.1 and then went to concrete5.org and thru the Dashboard downloaded the theme I had purchased and then installed it it shows in " Extend Concrete5 " but not in Currently Installed, so there for I can NOT make it active.

What did I do wrong, or what am I missing?????

What happens if you click the "Install" button again?

I have installed and uninstalled it 3 or 4 times same results

I just installed another theme and every things works, just wanted to test out to see if another theme would work and it did.

Issue was fixed by Theme Creator with a new version.
