I'm having problems uploading a theme but I believe the problem is bigger than this upload as I cannot upgrade from 5.5.1

The error message I get reads:


mysql error: [1048: Column 'btDisplayOrder' cannot be null] in EXECUTE("INSERT INTO BlockTypes(btID,btHandle,btName,btDescription,btActiveWhenAdded,btCopyWhenPropagate,btIncludeAll,btIsInternal,btInterfaceWidth,btInterfaceHeight,pkgID,btDisplayOrder) VALUES (NULL,'vidall_slider','Vidall Slider','The awesomly responsive Vidall Slider',1,0,0,0,'500','200','78',NULL)")

I have all the latest upgrades manually installed but when I go to concrete5's dashboard to upgrade I get "Page cannot be found!" UGH!

Can anyone help? Pleeeease!
