Themes wont install

Hi Everyone
After reading so many posts about themes not installing, I'm beginning to wonder if I have done the right thing switching to Concrete5.
I spent €45 on a theme that even my hosting company cannot install after 3 days.
I tried again with a free theme onto another domain and followed the instructions ( even though it appeared the theme was still downloading after 30 minutes ) All I got was attached screenshot.

This should be fixed with the upcoming release, but changing the code in that commit should fix the issue.
