Tried to Speed up Site, Ended up Messing up my Theme

I am using the Slate theme. It is displaying on the 1st and 2nd level pages on my site. On the 3rd level it is replaced by a marbleized background. It happens in both Chrome and IE.

It started when I tried to add Miser and Tinifier, Miser, and EC Utilities to my site to speed it up.

These are the things I've done to fix it:
1. Uninstalled and deleted everything related to Miser
2. Disabled Tinifier
3. Un-installed Xclydes Utilities
2. Uninstalled, re-installed, and selected Slate as my overall theme
3. In Edit Mode, at the page level, I have selected the Design option and specifically assigned Slate as the theme.
4. I perpetually clear my cache in both browsers and through the Concrete 5 dashboard.

I truly don't know what else to do.

Here is a page rendering with the marbleized look:http://www.insightoffsite.com/about/insight-records-and-information...

Please help. I am guessing that those pages are pulling the wrong .css but I don't know what to do to point them in the right direction. :(

you are using the minimal-grunge theme for your left sidebar page hence the difference..
change to your slate theme and you should be good to go..
