Trouble Adding New Pages

I'm having trouble creating new pages.
The pages I try to create don't appear anywhere in the Sitemap.
No error message appears.
Screenshots not really necessary, but I attached some to make absolutely clear what I'm doing.
I went to the Sitemap.
I selected "Add Page".
I chose a page type (doesn't matter which one I use).
I named the page and clicked "Add Page".
The new page is *not* created. In fact, my browser goes to the main page: index.php followed by 10 alphanumeric characters a colon and then 32 alphanumeric characters e.g. index.php?cID=1&ccm_token=4068861454:78d46b852327d75af2949fdba86fbf58 .
What would be preventing these pages from being created and showing up in the Sitemap? Any suggestions for how to fix this problem?
