I have 2 themes in my theme area that I like. I do not like the menu in the theme that I really like all the background in and which will be my main theme on my page. But I really like the menu in the other theme.

I was wondering if there is any way I can move the menu from one theme to the other theme? If so, I would need explicit instructions as I am not a programmer. I know a few things, but not much. I can follow good directions.
