want to move theme to another website or get a refund

Hi. I purchased a theme, my first theme purchase. Moments later, I realized that theme was better suited for another website.

That was 7 days ago. I tried to moved the theme, and it would not be transferred to another website. I tried to get the theme to work at the current website, and things are not going well.

PLEASE, I need to move the theme to the other website, or I request a refund.

Please help me move the theme. I am in a hurry. I have so many other things to do. I want to get all this over with and go on with my life.

Please contact the theme developer with your issues for the theme. There is a "Support" section under each theme and add-on page you can find from the right-side navigation on that page.

The support does not usually cover server issues or issues that are not straightly related to the theme/add-on itself but if there are problems how the theme/add-on works, those should definitely go to the support forums.

You're eligible for a refund if the theme/add-on does not work as described and you don't get support for your issues within some reasonable time.

For moving the theme to another site, please search the forums and how-tos there is plenty of guides for that.

Good news: The Developer of the theme gave me instructions on how to successfully move the theme to the other website. He sent me an email message which contained a link to a tutorial with specific instructions on how to do it. Within a few seconds, the theme was successfully moved to the other domain name!
