One day a customer called and asked what happened to our website. I took a quick look and suddenly realized all our pages had reverted to the original look of the theme when it was first downloaded.

All my customizations are gone, all my custom page types are gone, they just vanished. The content is still there, however.

So now I'm stuck. Do I go back and spend a zillion hours re-creating all my customizations? Surely there is a way to repair the damage without hiring a team to get me back up and running again.
