5.7 Conversation Issues

Hi all, I am hoping someone can help because I am lost on this one.

Currently working with the Conversation block acting as a testimonials page. Have configured it so that guests can post to the conversation but the post permissions have been changed to "Pending" so that they have to be approved.

My concerns are:
- When a guest posts to the conversation, it is submitted to dashboard but there is no message to tell them that AND the page itself doesn't clear the fields making them think the data wasn't submitted so they click submit again, and again!
- As a guest they are asked to input a website - can this be removed somewhere? I cannot find it in the concrete files.

Hope someone has a solution.

Also I'd like an option to load a new captcha if someone cannot read it.

Was there ever a solution/workaround for this? I have the same concerns.
