A three column layout losing it's layout. It's driving me nuts

Good morning,

I have a page running with the add-on MagicTabs that use to work pretty well. However, I recently redesign this page and have had nothing but trouble since. The three column Free-Form layout keeps losing itself and displaying as a single column.

Three columns exists in edit mode, but when we view it outside that it is single column only. Sometimes I can clear the site cache or disable/enable block cache and it will correct itself, but as soon as an edit occurs on that page, to single column it goes. (I am not having tab issues or theme issues on any other page)

Would anyone have any quick thoughts on what might be causing this page to behave like this?

Hey bayleafmedia

Try disabling full page caching on this page. Sounds like that might be the issue. In fact I would disable full page caching on the whole site except on the home page.

Thanks for the reply stewblack. I've disabled caching on that page, but it has not solved the issue. After clearing browser cache and changing computers I am still experiencing this issue.

I've attached two images that shows the page in edit mode (how it is supposed to look), and what it looks like while not logged in (how it looks 90% of the time).

Thanks for the suggestion.

Interesting. Do you have a custom page template on this magic tabs block? How did you create the three column layout? Also pull up Chrome developer tools and inspect the page when its in edit mode vs when its live.

To update this post:

After discussing this with the developer of MagicTabs it looks like my user of layouts in the tabbing system is problematic. I have purchased an add-on to help with the creating of custom blocks and will try again.

thanks for the help.
