Add user to group

Hello-
I am trying to add a new user with "Editor" rights. I select Dashboard>Add User and fill in the form. However, I am unable to select any groups - see screenshot. I tried scrolling and tabbing through - but nothing happens.
Next I tried adding the user and then selecting View User with the hope of being able to edit their Groups. However, there is no edit button.
Please advise.
