Admins and other user draft pages

Is it possible to make it so that Admin users can see and review draft pages for other users before publishing?

(Workflows are not working in my C5 installation. It is currently broken)

So, is there a link I could enter to maybe view the draft page for a user rather than only seeing my own drafts page on the sitemap?
