Auto-response email stopped working for applicants

Hi all,
I am very new to concrete5 and am just trying to figure out how to navigate this platform. I have taken over a mgmt position including oversight of a website for a local non-profit who regularly accepts submissions from prospective residency applicants through several forms on their website.

For some reason about a week ago our auto-response email stopped working which sends our application submission acknowledgement to applicants as well as copying in to our own two email addresses. I'm not sure what would have triggered this however I changed one of the email addresses that this response is forwarded to to an email specifically for submissions. Any help is very much appreciated!!

Auto-responses to emails are setup on the server, you should ask your server admins about this.
It has nothing to do with the Concrete5 CMS.
