Autonav dropdown behaviors

I have 2 different sites (http://robertwilkerson.net/concrete5-8.2.1/index.php... and
http://serenitynow.online/c5/index.php).... Both are using the Stucco theme; both have the same autonav settings (please see attachment,) The first site's dropdown works as expected, but the second site shows child page links all the time instead of dropdowns. I'm running version 8.2.1 on both sites. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
