Background wont change

Ive saved the changes and when i go to preview my page the colors have changed but when i go to website when i open a new browser the colors have not changed at all

i cleared the cache and it still didnt work

Try clearing the cache (temp files, cookies...) in your web browser as well just in case it isn't completely refreshing the page.
