Banner Text Overlap when site loads

on my websitehttp://www.megawecare.com, banner text is getting overlapped when site loads. Can you help me resolve this?

Thanks for your reply. i am attaching image for your reference.
You would see in the attached file that text on banners / carousals are getting overlapped when site load.
Its problem with Chrome, IE and Mozilla and only with desktop version.

There looks to be a window of time between when the slide text and slide images finish loading and when the slider JavaScript finishes loading and is executed.
On a broadband connection, I see this effect for just a fraction of a second. When the browser data connection is throttled, I can see it for a longer period.
It looks like you can improve the performance of your site by compressing the images more, enabling GZIP, and using browser caching.
