In my page type output config, I have some blocks like
[rating] (3rd added)
[content] (1st added)
[social] (2nd added)

but when the page outputs, the blocks appear in the order they were added, not the order they appear in the template.

[content] (1st added)
[social] (2nd added)
[rating] (3rd added)

I remember having this problem long ago... not sure what the solution was. But I am also surprised I am seeing nothing in the forum when I search for this. Surely I can't be the only one having this problem.
