Can no longer login to Dashboard

Hi there,
Wondering if anyone knows if changing the site's main admin user "email address" would cause me not to be able to login to dashboard? I can get to C5 login page, but then when I try to login, it brings me to a white screen, no error or anything, in Chrome...in IE says page can't be found. Could changing the site's admin email address within System settings be causing this? Thanks for any advice!

...I did NOT change my username or password, those are still the same, but for some reason now I can not login?

My client made changes about the same time that I changed the main admin email address in user settings, so i'm trying to figure out if they did something, or if it is due to the change of email...??

Have you checked on front end that you are logged in or not , if you are login then off your prity urls. also check .htaccess file.

I am not logged in, I can get to the actual login screen, but when I enter user and pw, it brings me to the blank page. Checked .htaccess, doesn't seem to be anything in there.

I was able to login with the credentials you provided me. it goes to the blank screen, but you are then able to navigate to yoursite.com/index.php/dashboard and get into the dashboard :)

Hope you get it figured from there!!

If you have any more problems feel free to PM me ;)

How did you make out with this?

A site I was building has suddenly gone into this state as well. I can view the site if I'm not logged in. Once I try to login, it all white screen (empty pages) unless I clear cache so I'm logged out.

I did discover that if I go tohttp://thewebsite/index.php/dashboard... I can get around the issue and get into the dashboard once logged in but still can't actually visit any pages.
