Cannot connect site to community to install add ons

Hello. I cannot connect to the C5 community to get add ons, etc. I am on the website (like i am now), but when i try to connect from within my dashboard, i cannot connect (giving me information about an invalid UN and/or URL change). I am confused because it has connected in the past. Any immediate help would be appreciated!
