cannot upgrade to Version: 5.6.3.1

hello cannot upgrade from 5.6.2.1 to Version: 5.6.3.1
when try to download latest version I get a message:

Do you have enough server space to hold the downloaded newest C5 installer. Check your error log from your server. It might point you to the proper direction.
