Cannot view photos once published

Hi
looking for some help, I created a new page and no matter what I do I can't get any content to be viewable on it once published. I create the new page via the dashboard. The new page appears but no Block Content once published. Any suggestions I could try would be most appreciated?
I have already tried
- deleting and adding a new page.
- using different blocks and add ons.

I tried clearing the cache as suggested however same issue.
Below are the versioning details you requested.
I recently took over admin of the site, editing existing blocks content seems to be fine and publishes as expected.
Adding Content block to existing pages seems to work too.
However adding a slideshow block to the same page doesn't appear when published even though it looked fine in edit mode and "preview mode".
adding anything to my new page doesn't show when published even though it looked fine in edit mode and "preview mode".
Am I doing something wrong between Edit mode and when it's published perhaps.
Is there are step I'm missing.
