Can't edit an existing page type

I made a change to a page type under Defaults. Published edits. Now, when I go back, Page Types - Defaults, no controls are available for me to edit anything. Content areas appear as if in edit mode, but there is no edit nav and nothing is selectable. Any ideas?

If the top concrete5 bar with "edit" and "dashboard" buttons are not working, I'm guessing that there is some type of error in the blocks you added. Were you adding a custom block or template that could be causing errors?

Actually have this on the uneditable page type...

Fatal error: Call to undefined method TextAttributeTypeController::getOptions() in /home/joshop2/fluxxmarketing.com/gs/packages/uhuru_theme/blocks/tags/controller.php on line 11

I apologize for my ignorance as I'm not a developer. Is there any way to pay for my sins and undo this? :)

1. go towww.www.yourdomain.com/index.php/dashboard/sitemap/full/...
2. select the page you want to get back on
3. select an older version (b4 you had the issue)
4. Fixed!
