Cant Log on

Having problems logging into site for editing.
The site has not been edited for some years and now does not recognise the email address or password for login.
Cant reset the password as email address to send reset code is not recognised either.
Any help appreciated.

To reset the password, use the forgot password utility and enter the admin email address then go to the 'Logs' table of the database, find the last entry where you will find the temp web address to change the password.
Copy and paste that web address into a browser and set the password.
Thats it..
