Can`t move blocks after update from 8.5.4 to 8.5.5

Hi,
after I did an update from 8.5.4 to 8.5.5 I can`t move any block up or down.
This is not funny. Does anyone else have this problem?
Should I go back to the previous version or wait for a fix?

Hi. I updated 2 sites from 8.5.4 to 8.5.5 and I have absolutely no problems. Both in standard and global areas. (i update by replacing core folder of concrete5). Check the browser console, maybe something will show up there?
I did the update by the dashboard.
I tried it out with chrome, FF, Edge. Same issue.
Is there an easy way to change back? What do I need to pay attention for?

I found out that the same problem occurs with version 8.5.4. This problem is due to the Genesis theme. However, the developer has disappeared and no longer answers. This makes the theme worthless to me.

the theme is the cause. This issue only occurs with the page template of the theme Genesis.
