Can't publish a draft page

Hi.
I have duplicated an existing page and changed all info and have saved it. Now I am trying to locate the information where I change the url slug and meta information but when I try to open it up it doesn't show anything else than the box with the "Cancel" and "Save" buttons. Very frustrating.
Also I can't publish the draft because it says I haven't chosen where to publish the page. When I click the link to the "Page Compose interface" it just opens up a box of different buttons "Discard draft" "Save and Exit" "Edit mode" and "Publish page". If I there click the Publish Page it says "Error. You must choose a page to publish this page beneath."

Could you provide some screenshots?
I attached a screen recording of how it looks.
I managed to find the draft page in the sitemap by switching to being able to see all System files, then click up the menu on the draft page and change the meta information there (url-slug etc.) and then clicked and moved this page underneath another (since it's supposed to be an underpage).
But still it can't be published. Very strange to me.

If you go to that page and before you click the Edit Mode button press F12 on your keyboard to open your Developer Tools, are there any javascript errors there either before or after you enter Edit Mode?
