{CCM:BASE_URL}

This short form is throughout my site (www.fullerlabs.com), but periodically it points to something that is NOT my base url. It is now pointing to translate.fullerlabs.com and there is no website there. The user gets a "Forbidden" page and thinks we don't keep up our site. How do you stop such madness???

I have changed a bunch of these {CCM:BASE_URL} back to the canonic url, but it doesn't correct the problem.
