Change View of File Manager Contents

Is there a way I can modify the file manager content display to include the name of the set? We're importing several dozen images at a time and then assigning the picture to a set. It's easy to lose track of which photos have been updated, especially when going to the next page in file manager

Thanks

Iain

Hi Iain,

Although the file manager interface can be configured to show other file properties like the author, image size, etc, I don't think 'out of the box' there is a way to show in the file list what sets a file is in. This might be because a file can be in more than one set, so the interface could possibly get quick unwieldy with a large number of sets being used.

Some things to point out though:
- you can change the number of files displayed at a time, there is a # Per Page drop down. Handy if pagination is slowing you down
- When you upload multiple files, you can add them all to a set at the same time from the sets tab of the Upload Complete screen
- If you skip/miss adding files to a set on upload, you can check a whole bunch and pick 'sets' from the ** With Selected drop down, and add them all to a set or new set all at once.
- The 'In Set(s)' filter at the top of the file manager would also help

Using those things, I think you should be able to keep track of your uploads.
