(CRITICAL) Form Submission Email BLANK on multiple websites I manage with V 5.6.3.1
Permalink
The email received after a form submission is blank on multiple websites I manage. All are Version 5.6.3.1.
THIS IS CRITICAL.
As you can see from the attached, the email has nothing but form field titles. However, the information is intact in the website dashboard. What is the issue, as it seems to affect all sites on 5.6.3.1 that I host.

I am having the same issue. I didn't manipulate the form template - but I did do some styling to the form block itself. Perhaps with the upgrade to the latest c5 version it may have broken?
I will have to investigate that possibility. Did you do any custom styling to the form block barkingtuna?

I had apparently modified the form quite a while ago because of limitations a couple years back and forgotten. I then had put the modification on multiple sites that I manage. Here is the controller.php file I had in root/blocks/form. Once I removed it and refreshed cache, the content showed up fine.
I'm having the same problem. Clients start to report empty emails. Any news on this one? The 5.6.3.2 release news do not mention any changes regarding this error.

I tested in 5.6.3.1 an form submission and the data came through in the email as expected. However I noticed in your screenshot that you have colons after each field, where the standard form notification email doesn't have this, it just puts the field on one line and the value on the next (then a blank line).
