Dashboard -> Sitewide Settings -> Access page not working

I can't access the Access page in the Dashboard >>> Sitewide Settings >>> Acesss page even though the URL in the browser shows the 'correct' URL path. It only redirects me back to the Sitewide Settings >>> General page with the ...../dashboard/settings/set_permissions/ URL in the browser.

I have no clue when this happened but I did upgrade to 5.4.1 recently.

What do I do? Can anyone lead me in the right direction as to what I need to do or change?

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue and my site is down for maintenance right now and I need to bring it back up.

Never did. The funny part is it works on another C5 site that I built. So it must be something wrong with that particular installation. Hopefully we'll find a solution soon.
