Dashboard layout removed ?

Hello everybody,
Today, my dashboard has been broken : I see it like if the css file was removed (but the file is still on the FTP) and the toolbar totally disappeared ! I can't comfortably edit my website with this issue, is there any way to solve this ?

It looks like there is a PHP error on the Dashboard page, if you View Source you should be able to see what it is.
I compared all php and css files with a clean concrete5 install : they are all the same. I don't think that it's a php or a css error anymore, but something esle...
