Desperate need of some assistance PLEASE!

I have a site that one day just went blank! Both dash and main site. To my knowledge nothing has changed in 12 months or more. ive tried restoring the files and db from known good backups and it still shows blank!

My Host say its not their problem and i am totally out of my depth with fixing it!

i get an error about a line in my dispatcher.php that makes no sense to me or the host provider.

Ive tried manual upgrade but the upgrade link comes back blank also....

PLEASE PLEASE could someone give me some idea of what to try next? Im totally lost now and rebuilding the site is not an option

Has your host updated anything, i.e, php version?

What version of C5 r u using?

And nobody was editing anything? If not, then something changed somewhere, so it would seem it must be on the host end. Who is this web host company?

More details is necessary for sure.

bluehost are useless on this and deny changing ANYTHING.5.6.1 is the installed version of concrete.

php version is 5.4

if i roll back php version it says i need 5.3 or higher. and i only have the option of 5.2 or 5.4

I assumed it was a botched update that happened automatically (bluehost do that despite it being turned off) but id have thought a restore would fix it. Nope lol

i get only 1 error about dispatcher.php line 34

PHP 5.4 works fine.
What is the error message you get you mentioned from dispatcher.php ?

So you're saying Bluehost automatically did an update? To Concrete5?
And what exactly did you do when you say you tried to restore?

I'm at a loss other than to do a complete restore (via MySQL and FTP/cPanel).
Do you not have any backups of the database? At this point, if you do I would be sure what version of Concrete5 that was, and replace all the core concrete5 files (in the root/concrete folder, leave everything else) with the same folder from a fresh download of C5 (the same version). And then I would recreate the database from the backup. Do you know how to do that?

Passed array does not specify an existing static method (class 'Loader' does not have a method 'autoloadCore')' in /home4/xxxxxx/public_html/mywebsite/concrete/dispatcher.php:34

Thankyou for taking the time to reply to this it's very much appreciated!

Restoring from the backup (both files and data base does Not fix the issue.

Try creating a new site, manually installing with the same version. If the new site doesn't work, that would seem to clearly point to the host (and some incompatibility). After that, if it were me and they won't help you, I would move the site to a new host.
