Docs & learning

Hi,

Im new to Concrete5 and am finding the documentation to be pretty thin. Is there somewhere I can find more detailed information on how to build a website with Concrete5. One of the challenges I am having, and I'm pretty confident it is just because I don't know how to do it, is to manipulate the layout of a page. Say take it from 2 columns to 4 columns, or make the content wider on the page. I haven't been able to find the docs for how to edit on this level. Can someone assist me with finding these docs, if they even exist?

Thank You for your help.

Not exactly sure what you're looking for but here is the informatin about Layouts which are the columns and stuff. https://documentation.concrete5.org/editors/in-page-editing/block-ar...

Some of the columns are part of the theme so those you'd have to adjust the code on the server to change.

Thank You Hutman. I am just wanting to learn Crete5 and have used WP for years. Different world here. In WP I used a program called site origins which let you take the standard page and add rows which you could break up into sections and add content. Here I see the add block but not familiar with how to manipulate it. This, and other design basics are what I am trying to learn and just haven't been successful in finding much documentation. Thanks again for your link. Im sure it will be helpful.

Here is a link to the rest of the Editor Docs -https://documentation.concrete5.org/editors...

If you are looking for something specific try using the search too, lots of resources out there, they're just organized poorly unfortunately.

Also here is the link to the tutorials -https://documentation.concrete5.org/tutorials...

Again, Thank You for your help. So far I am really liking Crete5. WP is just so much work to keep updated and the vulnerabilities are many. Looking forward to being part of the Crete5 community!

Have a great evening!
