Downgrade version

Hi everybody,

My C5 version is 8.1.0 but I would like to downgrade it because i want to add an add-on wich is not available for this version (Author profile :https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/author-profile... ).
Is there any way to do it safely ? Or to find another way to add page owner's profile informations on blog entry page ?

Did you try it? It's a simple enough package and I'd be surprised if it didn't work with v8.1
Many 5.7 add-ons are compatible with v8 out of the box

I can assign licence to my website but I can't download it while in my dashbaord (as you can see in the screenshot).

I installed it manually on a test website, and effectively, this add-on doesn't work with 8.1. It has broken all pages where I placed an author profile block. (See the error in the screenshot).

Perhaps a victim of the changed autoloading behaviour. It may not be too difficult to fix.

I'm on this issue too.

I just bought a C5 theme, but it is not compatible with latest version of c5!

Get support. Hes an active developer. Should work with anything >5.7
