Email access for New User

I created a new User under the Dashboard tab "Users and Groups", and 'Add User' tab. I imputed an e-mail address and password, but I am unable to log in to access the e-mail account and use it. The statement reads "Email address or password is incorrect." This does not happen with any other email addresses that we have.

I sent an e-mail to the address that I created in Concrete and this was the reply:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
xxxxxxemail@xxxxxdomain.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. [74.220.207.109].
The error that the other server returned was:
550 No Such User Here

What should I do to access this new e-mail address?

This is not how you set up a new email address.
Your email needs to be set up with your host (a separate thing to Concrete5).

Concrete5 adds users to a database, when asking for their email when adding anew user, it is simply asking for their 'existing' email so that they can be contacted through this email in the event of a forgotten password etc.
