Error: "Module 'timezonedb' already loaded"

Has anyone seen this error message before? I'm afraid I don't even know where to start fixing it. There are a few hits on Google, but existing forum discussions didn't really help me.

On top of this, I can't edit my site. The "edit" button is there and I can click it, but still can't select anything to edit it.

Any help would be much appreciated!

From what I'm seeing on Google this is a server config issue, not a Concrete5 issue, can you talk to your host about this issue and see if they can resolve it?

Some people have this issue when they have more than one timezonedb.so entry in their php.ini.
