Export my blog to another site

Hi all, I want to export my blog to another blog site. Not sure how to do this.
In particular, I want to export my blog to blog.com. Has anyone done this?
Blog.com gives you several importing options, but am in the dark about which one will work for me. Any help would be VERY welcome!!!
These are the options you can choose at blog.com:
Blog.com Import posts from a Blog.com export file.
Blogger Import posts from a Blogger blog.
Blogroll Import links in OPML format.
LiveJournal Import posts from LiveJournal using their API.
Movable Type and TypePad Import posts and comments from a Movable Type or TypePad blog.
Posterous Import posts from a Posterous.com blog.
RSS Import posts from an RSS feed.
WordPress Import posts from a WordPress export file.

As far as I know, none of those will work, rss might, but it won't get all the info
Thanks Mnkras, I think you're right. I gave up, and then looked around for somewhere else to export my blog. Finally, I found I was able to submit it easily through "Top of Blogs". Ta muchly for your answer.
