File Manager Upload Error

Having an issue with one of our installs:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
/ccm/system/file/upload:1

The images actually upload but it thumbnails don't get created, and the console and the modal window show the errors.

Any ideas?

Can you post a full trace with debug to display enabled, or from the Log.

It was the fileinfo PHP extension that was missing that caused this. Installed that extension and everything was good.
