Form Results - Can not clear unused forms - Concrete 5.6.3.3

I made some changes to the design of our website some time ago and after looking at the form results I appear to have a great number of forms that are still sitting in there with no option or ability to remove them.

I have checked to see if there are any old pages or page versions that could still contain these old forms but there is absolutely nothing there.

Any ideas on how to get rid of them all???

Have you tried pressing the Delete Submission buttons?

The responses are stored in the database (they are not c5 pages). You could use something like phpMyAdmin if your hosting provider has it (or even better use HeidiSQL http://www.heidisql.com/ ) to manually delete them.

If you don't know how to do this, I'd suggest posting in the Job Board http://www.concrete5.org/community/jobs...

As per the Screenshot he attached, he is referring to old versions of a form, not the actual submission to those forms.

I've found this post because I too have this query, as do others on this post from a few years ago:https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/usage/remove-old-forms-fr...

In my case I have created a form for a client with the normal Form block, but then we decided to add a payment option so went to the Forms With PayPal add-on (works well) however not until after I implemented this did I realise the logistical problem of having the same form name in two spots for the client.

Any help in finding where old forms are stored so I can delete them would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks to a few other similar posts I worked it out.

Removing old versions of the page that contain the unwanted forms seems to work.

My specific problem was a little trickier though. After I had removed all old versions I still had the problem. It turns out that the unwanted form wasn't on a live page. To find it, I clicked the "Open Page" button next to the form name and it took me there. Deleting that page wouldn't have (I'm sure) solved my problem, however in my case I didn't want to completely delete it because I wanted to keep it for potential future use. Instead, I went into Edit on that form and changed the name of the form to be "NOT USED" (plus a short description).

I hope this helps others who stumble on this.
