Getting Started-Naviagaion bar and dimensions

Hi,
I am having trouble getting started. for instance, I can not add "home," "about us" etc... in the navigation bar. I've looked around and I do not see where I should add it.

Even though I chose a template, the picture of flowers does not show up, so I'd like to add my own picture. Does anyone know the dimensions? I am using Plain Yogurt.

Also I was intersted in changing the size of the name of my site, mama said.
Any suggestions?

Do you have an AutoNav block inserted anywhere on your page?

I am having trouble installing it. When I go to the add button, there is no auto_nav listed.

Also under the name of my site (mama said), it lists:
mama said (underlined) and Home next to it. This is just on the home page. I am building other pages, but I can not link them.

I went into the dashboard and made sure the 'breadcrumbs' was checked off.

The navigation is really a problem. I am building pages and I cannot link them. Any suggestions?

You could double-check with the steps mentioned in this how-to on adding the auto-nav blockhttp://www.concrete5.org/documentation/general-topics/add_an_auto-n...

I would love to use this.

The problem is the AUTO-NAV function is NOT LISTED in add block.

Linking the new pages into the navigation will probably take care of itself once you find out why the AutoNav block is not included in the list of blocks you can add to a page.

Since this block is included in the core system, I wonder if there might have been a problem during the installation? (I'm presuming this is a new installation...) Is /concrete/blocks/autonav/ present in your file system? Is there a table in your database named "btNavigation"? Is there a record in the Blocktypes table in the database whose btHandle is "autonav"?

No, none of these things are listed. I have uninstalled the program. It was the only thing left to do.

BTW, yes, this was a new install with all the problems.

Hopefully once it's reinstalled it will work fine.

Thanks for replying.
