so i installed concrete5 and clicked "Administrative interface" under "Administrative access entry points" in my cpanel. logged in and it takes me to a page that says "Elemental". where i can edit things i guess but havent tryed to edit them as i need to get rid of pages.. i dont need portfolio, team, or blog... or its sub pages. i want to make my own... so i try to delete the pages but get this error

An exception occurred while executing 'select cID, msLanguage, msCountry from MultilingualSections where cID = ?' with params ["127"]: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'Concrete5_0.MultilingualSections' doesn't exist

what am i doing wrong? i already tried to uninstall and reinstall.
